the company has been great to work at, and the culture is great. its growing very fast, and this is the perfect time to get in. The pay is good, and the solution is genuinely really good. You can earn some good money here, and get promoted quicker. Im enjoying my time here, and I just started.

Zip is a revolving door for both leadership and ICs. Firings take place left and right. They are so frequent that the word "layoff" is avoided completely. Very few people hit quota every quarter.
