Boiler room culture with nepotist leadership that doesn't understand the product or market. The company turned into a boys club and unless you want to claw your way into the inner circle, you'll constantly be disrespected. They operate on a culture of fear.

Poor leadership. Everyone is constantly looking over their backs and awaiting layoffs. Lots of busywork that tends to be distracting to your actual job. A true “grow fast at all costs” type org
