What’s a realistic number you can expect to earn as a sales executive in rentals? Company is awesome but the base is a little on the low side for account executives.

$115k-$125k OTE if at 100% quota. Anything past 100% is where that OTE gets much higher. I've had years at $120-$130k as an AE, then I've had years at $150-$160k+. Keep in mind, when/if you get a Senior title (Senior AE), your commission amount increases and that's a way to make $10-$20k+ extra each year. Top performers can reach $200k plus for sure if you're exceeding quota regularly.

and to add to the comment below about benefits, they are incredible! It's actually $75 per month reimbursement for gym/fitness, $150 per month work from home/cell phone reimbursement, and then obviously all the medical/dental/vision, 401k, HSA, stock/RSU's, etc.

110-120k is realistic for earnings. Could be a bit more depending on sales skills.

80-120k. The top reps were making 160, but like the top 5 out of over 100. Average is $100k I'd say. Premier Agent sales was a little higher, average was probably closer to $120k with top reps, myself included, hitting $200k consistently.
The benefits are unmatched though... $50 month fitness stipend, daycare stipend for your kids, amazing healthcare, equity, essentially unlimited PTO, it was awesome

My first year in Rentals I hit 120K, second year I did 135K and third year on track to hit 150K. All depends on effort/ skill level. If you are only hitting 100%, your OTE is 120K. Majority of the teams consistently hit 150% to quota and outearning the OTE by alot. If you are a top performing senior, it is normal to average 175K-200K

The Base ( mine is in the mid 70's)  is made up with unlimited DTO, incredible benefits, 75$ monthly gym reimbursement, 150$ work from home monthly reimbursement, RSU's etc
