My overall experience was a mixed bag. The platform/solution fits what companies are looking to implement in therms of improving CX and automation, but the leadership and support teams are lacking. The culture is eroding and leadership has no clear direction. There’s is potential in the market but unless there are changes in leadership, the company will continue to lose competitive opportunities.

Stay clear. Management is not transparent and is outsourcing everything back to India. Absolutely no investment in NA resources. Fake promises all day to keep the few NA employees they have happy, until they inevitably churn you.
