Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Legacy copier company with a great heritage, trying to adapt to the decreasing volumes of print, which is the lion's share of their revenue and profits. Although Xerox invented most technologies in use today , for instance the laser printer, ethernet, graphical computer interface and routing protocols, they have not been able to develop internally or acquire externally a new product offering, to replace the copier/mfp. They are trying multifarious strategies for instance: IOT, Virtual Reality, Augmented Realty, Managed IT Services, Financial Services; however, non of them have been able to replace the copier/mfp in revenue and profitability. Covid serverly impacted the print industry and has accelerated the decline in printing page volume, so making it even more urgent for the company to adapt to the change landscape, if they don't they will become a Wang, Kodak, Polaroid or Blockbuster.
