Yikes - Inbound Lead Flow scores are way below market (in a down market) - why no demand for Xactly?

The sdr team has churned so much, there are basically no leads.. when I worked there i sold nothing and that seems to be common.  Especially in enterprise.  They laid off almost the entire enterprise team last year.  What is left is like 4 enterprise sellers and all midmarket/commercial.. Stay away

Turn over at the SDR level.  They don't usually last a year so no consistency in territory and with the rep.  Also the company is consistently changing who they want to be.  They stopped messaging Incentive Comp and moved to intelligent revenue.  Most of their focus in now on Forecasting which is a tiny part of the business.

I'm actually surprised it's even a 2.3 star. I worked there for 2 years and went 9 months without an inbound lead or SDR set meeting. That's in part due to the turnover in the SDR team, but I think the larger problem is unless someone used Xactly at a previous employer no one has any idea who Xactly is. Additionally, in the Enterprise space, every company has a solution in place already so unless that vendor has a major screw-up, they aren't even looking to replace it.

It's a bit of a commodity and not an essential application for an organization. They will disagree and say it's a critical application but it's a nice to have and with costs being scrutinized it's not getting as much traction as they would like.  Also, it's a crowded market with several vendors at a fraction of their cost.
