Wrike, as many other SaaS companies, is never ever changing. With its prons and cons, but lately changes have impacted in the overall motivation of the team. Overall the targets are achievable, and because of the size of the sales org, you will have plenty of space for you to sell

It was really good... until it wasn't. Strong product, but pay for an SDR was well below average. Having a quarterly bonus structure was definitely a plus.
