My overall experience was great. During my cadence at Wrike we had some great leaders who really helped leveling-up the culture and kept retention low. Unfortunately, it wasn't always like that, not to mention the Citrix period.

Write started great! However, it got sold off from Citrix to Vista Capital, and then to STG capital, and the CEO/Founder of the company left. Total of 3 rounds of layoffs in less than 3 years, where a lot of good talent left. The product is truly fantastic but leadership is severely lacking.
