My overall experience was very average and somewhat disappointing. Your personal experience very much depends on your area manager. I found our director of sales was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. My manager however, was not.

Had a great manager and great team but stay far away if you do no have logistics experience. 3PL is a very difficult sell and 90-95% of your work is prospecting.
