Overall, my experience at Worldwide Express has been amazing! I absolutely love my teammates and coming into work everyday. Compensation could be more, but the opportunity for growth is everything I want.

Overall, Worldwide Express is a very solid company and there is a real “team first” feeling. There is certainly competition, but team members really want to see you grow. The training is great and really sets you up for success.

Had a great manager and great team but stay far away if you do no have logistics experience. 3PL is a very difficult sell and 90-95% of your work is prospecting. Commission structure only favors long term employees, you won’t be making good money for a couple of years.
