Overall, Worldwide Express is a very solid company and there is a real “team first” feeling. There is certainly competition, but team members really want to see you grow. The training is great and really sets you up for success.

Good overall, I wouldn’t say that 3pl sales is for the faint of heart. Close ratio is low and prospecting is 95% of the role. However the residual is great and if you do it long term you’ll have a very high income.

Overall, my experience at Worldwide Express has been amazing! I absolutely love my teammates and coming into work everyday. Compensation could be more, but the opportunity for growth is everything I want.
