Good company to work for. Highly competitive ERP space and quota attainment for net new vs customer base are drastically different (30% vs 60%+). I sell to both mid-market and enterprise and often feel Workday solutions are too expensive for some of the smaller mid-markets.

My over all experience was positive However, I feel like diversity and inclusion is low in leadership which was a disappointment.
