My over all experience was positive However, I feel like diversity and inclusion is low in leadership which was a disappointment. After being hired on I quickly learned through observation that if you didn’t fit the culture, it was more because you weren’t Buddy, Buddy with sales leadership. Workday is an amazing company with so many great product fits for the targeted customers.

My overall experience has been good. Amazing company, however, sales incentives and spiffs are poor. Everything is self generated for leads. They have not figured out inside sales roles at all and they are very top heavy.
