Wonolo was a great place to work a couple years ago. Unfortunately leadership has let things fall apart. Their KPIs to not align with the comp plans. And people are being held to KPIs that are not communicated to them. It is a car going 90 miles an hour down the freeway and the wheels are falling off. If you disagree with certain leadership, you will be gone quickly. Even if you are bringing valid points to the surface in a respectful way. I do hope the board will see what is going on. But I'm afraid it is too late.

The demand organization at Wonolo is in need of real leadership and direction. The culture is very toxic and difficult to work in. There are no real KPI's to measure, goals and quotas are set with no real forecasting or data that makes sense, and the leadership team focuses on the wrong metrics.

Overall a good company to work for. Attainment is on the rise, new leadership is good in the demand org. Reps are being enabled to do a better job. There is constant change however.
