Great company and great place to grow your sales career. Base pay is much higher than average as well as over the average OTE compared to other tech companies in the space. You need to work hard and stay organized and motivated to succeed. I am extremely happy here with the pay, culture and the room for growth. Great training is offered and you will have a great resume by having Wiz listed. Highly recommend Wiz

Very competitive and even a little toxic culture. Some micromanaging and high emphasis on logo churn and renewals, with very large quotas. But solid product.
