Great company and great place to grow your sales career. Base pay is much higher than average as well as over the average OTE compared to other tech companies in the space. You need to work hard and stay organized and motivated to succeed. I am extremely happy here with the pay, culture and the room for growth. Great training is offered and you will have a great resume by having Wiz listed. Highly recommend Wiz

Great product but absolutely horrible leadership. By far the worst work culture I've been a part of. Funny how people are laid off right before their stock vests

Weak sales leadership and toxic culture overall riddled with nepotism and lack of accountability. Zero transparency and enablement. No room to make mistakes or catch your breath.
