Experience dictated entirely by the leadership you were attached to. Difficult for Americans to break into the culture. Had lots of opportunities though, lots of interesting niches (channel sales, Designit, Topcoder) if you can stick it out for a couple years.

Lots of politics. People who were there for a long time ruled irrespective of competence. It was a YES Sir culture.
