Very difficult to differentiate solutions due to how competitive the space is. Difficult to attract net new accounts, much better off focusing trying to focus on selling into install base.

Company is a mess....trying to evolve into an MSP and at the same time has priced themselves out of the transport business. Sales reps are not making their numbers unless working 100% through the channel partners. It was a good company to work for in terms of the rank and file people. Teammates and immediate supervisors cared for the employees. Bean counters higher up decimated the company through layoffs.
