Some management was good but due to mergers it eventually became a toxic work culture. Terrible product market fit and no inbound leads. Was a tough place to earn a living.

Very difficult to differentiate solutions due to how competitive the space is. Difficult to attract net new accounts, much better off focusing trying to focus on selling into install base.
