Former Employee1.9Oct 19, 2024Not worth it. If you enjoy meetings and emails every day literally telling you that you suck, go ahead. Some teams had to make presentations on why their numbers are down. Money was good for a while but construction depends on the economy and it’s obviously a dynamic environment right now. Leadership SO toxic. Some team members are amazing but even that is a gamble.
