My experience with WillScot was disappointing. While the company is a leader in its market with high-demand products, it lacks investment in its people. The commission structure changed four times in one year, making it harder to achieve the same earnings despite hitting targets. Not worth it. If you enjoy meetings and emails every day literally telling you that you suck, go ahead. Some teams had to make presentations on why their numbers are down. Money was good for a while but construction depends on the economy and it’s obviously a dynamic environment right now. Leadership SO toxic. Some team members are amazing but even that is a gamble.
