Not worth it. If you enjoy meetings and emails every day literally telling you that you suck, go ahead. Some teams had to make presentations on why their numbers are down. Money was good for a while but construction depends on the economy and it’s obviously a dynamic environment right now. Leadership SO toxic. Some team members are amazing but even that is a gamble.

I’ve worked here for a bit. And this last September they have made it so difficult to hit commission that only about 25% of the reps are hitting it anymore. They cut the amounts of the tiers about 40% if you do make commission. There is now a bottom floor that is very hard to hit and if you don’t hit that number you make nothing.
