Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I’ve worked here for a bit. And this last September they have made it so difficult to hit commission that only about 25% of the reps are hitting it anymore. They cut the amounts of the tiers about 40% if you do make commission. There is now a bottom floor that is very hard to hit and if you don’t hit that number you make nothing. Most sales reps if they haven’t quit yet are dipping into savings, selling houses, taking out loans, getting into bad debt, cutting back, getting roommates. We have meetings about how successful we are as a company year over year while more and more is taken away from the sales reps. More is expected of us also, more micromanaging and unrealistic expectations to hit goals and KPIs when we are in 2-4 hours of meetings every single day. We have also priced ourselves out of the market and we are constantly told not to discount, but not to lose the deal. This was supposed to be a career for many of us and many of us feel that we are being forced out. Maybe that is what is what they want. Browse Other Reviews
