My first builder. They gave me an opportunity. They had training and supportive colleagues. They pay less than most other builders. I don’t think they serve their employees well and the turnover rate was extremely high.

You definitely have the opportunity to make money, but the company is seriously lacking in culture. I do believe this is something they're trying to work on though. It's all commission and draw pay and you do have to pay back your draw The turnover is really high and people get fired if they have a few bad months
