You definitely have the opportunity to make money, but the company is seriously lacking in culture. I do believe this is something they're trying to work on though. It's all commission and draw pay and you do have to pay back your draw The turnover is really high and people get fired if they have a few bad months

Not good compensating and new messy leadership you don’t get paid till closing happens 7 months later and they will keep you on hourly until they have a spot for you and call it training pay.

This was unfortunately a very toxic environment from the top to the bottom and remains so even with the new company Sekisui House that acquired Richmond American Homes. I wonder if the new company leaders know what is going on there.
