Current Employee2.0Feb 8, 2024Sweatshop and no commission. Company loves to throw PIPS to their employees like it's candy. Never seen so many people get fired or quit in such a short amount of time. A revolving door here. If you really want to get your foot in the door in this industry then this might be your best bet because they constantly hire but most SDR's don't last more than 3-4 months.

Current Employee3.1Feb 14, 2024The sales organization is definitely that of a start-up environment. Very grindy and cut-throat with a weekly quota that needs to be met. Culture is not as impactful as i'd like it to be starting out in a sales role because everyone is busy trying to hold down their role.
