Whova was the opportunity of a lifetime for me... everyone has their own preferences, but I love the management style. Metrics and expectations are extremely clear, and there is 0 favoritism. There is no micro management. If you hit your metrics & follow policies, you're solid. You are rewarded significantly for over performing (which is not hard). Whova is hands down the best software for our target market (crazy good engineering and QA background. Very very smart CEO & Co-founders, with excellent market forsight). Most people leaving complaints for Whova are kids fresh out of college, upset that there isn't a little more hand holding. If youre not highly empathetic, I recommend studying up on Chris Voss. Our clientele have quite high EQ (event organizers, who's entire jobs revolve around working with, and making people happy). If you have, or are willing to develop the grit, positive mindset, empathy, self accountability, and a strong desire to succeed, you will love it here.

Read the Glassdoor reviews. All the positive reviews are fake and written by the marketing department. Most of the negatives are true and written by real employees in the sales department.
