My overall experience was not good. There is no training, poor leadership, low base pay, zero commission, and extremely low job security

The sales organization is definitely that of a start-up environment. Very grindy and cut-throat with a weekly quota that needs to be met. Culture is not as impactful as i'd like it to be starting out in a sales role because everyone is busy trying to hold down their role.
