I believe Whatfix is falling behind competitors like WalkMe due to product stagnation, and the leadership team is unjustly blaming the sales team for revenue shortfalls. Recent communications from the CEO were demoralizing, and constant team restructuring is causing talent retention issues. Unproven ICs are being promoted to leadership roles, raising concerns about the guidance sales teams receive. Whatfix needs fresh leadership capable of taking the company from 50 to 100, as the current team, while successful in the early stages, may lack the vision to drive the company forward. A new perspective is essential for long-term growth.

The product market fitment is good as a good enablement tool. The penetration in the existing accounts is limited to 1-2 stakeholders which makes it challenging for expansion.

My overall experience has been just decent. The OTE can be much improved by lowering sales targets.
