Impossible odds. Marketing told me they wouldn't be spending much time and effort on our dept because we were a small product line, yet Bill, Tim etc were breathing down our VP's neck to bring sales up. No time to learn the product and no training, and SDRs wouldn't sell our product either, same reasoning as marketing.

Overall enjoy working here. Team structure between new/existing business is complicated and frustrating in an industry dominated by management companies. Would recommend for early in your sales career!
