Current Employee2.1May 14, 2024My overall experience was terrible. Its full of "useful idiots" in leadership who do not know the comp plans. Leadership has no idea what they are doing and are generally being taught by their subordinates. You are constantly encouraged to be deceitful with your pipeline and sign folks into a contracts that only benefit the company.

Current Employee3.1May 31, 2024SDR base is 40K (target SMB) SDR II base is 50K (target SMB) BDR base is 60K (target MidMarket, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts) Depending on where you start the base pay varies. There is no ability to negotiate the base salary or commission. No accelerators and comp plan is based on completed appointments, hitting call goals, and closed won deals.
