Overall experience: during your "meet the team" interview ask non-Swedish people how long they have been there who they manage or what promotions they have received... their answers will give you clarity on the company besides the compensation you have been offered.

My overall experience with this company was very interesting to say the least, not a work place you’d prefer but if you really need a job then I guess this is better than nothing, but it ends there for sure.
