Not a great fit for a burgeoning sales team. At the time, it was purely toxic. I sure hope their leadership has improved.

Great company overall to work for, great product. Product is very competitive to other big name GRC tools. ICP is rough around the edges. Company is good at ensuring people are valued, and company is trying their best to help BDR's grow - but does have lack of growth paths lined out. Overall great culture, and everyone supports you.
