Decent company once you get to inbound. Outbound is a churn machine, wouldn't recommend if you have a family or dependents.

Really mislead in the hiring process. They talked a lot about DEI and culture. Which is true for a lot of the company but missing in the Sales team. Heard and saw so much homophobic and racist things. The math for OTE does not add up either. When brought up to the head of sales he could not answer how it was $60k off. Very sink or swim on outbound. They will not promote outbound reps to inbound anymore. Seems that they are not promoting to director roles either. Some people have a knack for it and can do very well. However, on outbound only 7 people (out of 130) can hit the quota they've set month over month.
