Strong company with a great market proposition very hard to make money year over year as they goal increase every 6 months. You also only worked named accounts so you cannot prospect outside of those in your aligned package.

Achievable KPI's, excellent base comp, leadership depends on your manager, incentive structure good but not as competitive as other orgs, incredible training program and launch when new to role.

Long training cycle at beginning. Obtainable goals, good leadership. CRM admin is watched closely, you’re evaluated based on customer touches. Expectation to be in the field cold calling customers in person. Takes awhile to get to know your customers. Feels like sales are based on luck rather than how much you’re influencing things at times.
