Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Some good leaders but some horrible managers also. Toxic culture of cronyism and highly political advancement process, even for the highest achieving sales people. Advancement is a joke, and micromanagement is the worst of any company I've worked for. Good benefits and great people to work with but the sales strategy is sell everything to everyone but 1:1s are typically about what you shoulda done, even if you're 500% over goal. Selling her Sucks because you have to turn your mind off to survive.
