My experience at this company is we try to throw anything and everything at a wall crossing our fingers it will stick. Comp plan is garbage. And those that have been at the company 10+ years and or are just on the outside team in Utah are treated as royalty and those that are not are treated as peasants.

VLCM has good potential. They’re a value added reseller which means low GP in a very competitive market. The things that make them “stand out” almost every reseller offers.
