My experience at this company is we try to throw anything and everything at a wall crossing our fingers it will stick. Comp plan is garbage. And those that have been at the company 10+ years and or are just on the outside team in Utah are treated as royalty and those that are not are treated as peasants.

VLCM has good potential. They’re a value added reseller which means low GP in a very competitive market. The things that make them “stand out” almost every reseller offers. If you’re on their local team that’s been established you’re likely to be very successful. If you’re placed on their national team be prepared for very slow growth.
