The things that make them “stand out” almost every reseller offers. If you’re on their local team that’s been established you’re likely to be very successful. If you’re placed on their national team be prepared for very slow growth.
They’re stuck in the past when it comes to new ways of doing things and that prohibits them from being the best they can be. Little to no support from that manager. You will be like the CEO of your own startup company. You will grow your book of business from scratch and 99 percent of leads will be generated by all of your own efforts. It’s a very competitive business. Turnover on this team is very high. The team is almost made up of 100 percent white, religious males. So sexist, and misogynistic comments are made regularly. If you can stick that out for a few years while you build a book of business you could make quite a bit of money.
