Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I’ve worked for Vivint in direct to home sales for the last 10 years as a rep, manager, area director, Sr. Manager, and Regional. To be successful here it requires grit, resilience, and discipline. This is why the commissions are so high. Those who stick with it and become successful can make a very fulfilling/successful career out of it. Most employee that make it to a manager role within the direct to home sales department are making $250k+, Area Directors $350k+, etc… The offer residual income along with stock in the company for their top managers. If you aren’t afraid of working extremely hard, rejection, and 100% commission, I highly recommend Vivint.
