Former Employee Visa wants to be a sales company but is still a product company in many ways.
New CEO and Product/Sales leadership has certainly driven the stock price to new highs, but no one is happy. They are still trying to figure out how you balance a culture of ownership and accountability with kindness and empathy.
Visa doesn't really sell anything - that is, they are not an enabler - most of their "products" are use cases, and the end user will need to find an enabler (usually a processor or fintech) to execute on the solutions.
Benefits are fantastic and if you're on a Sales Incentive Plan (Visa has a number of different bonus plans), then the commission is uncapped, so the earning potential is high.
But there is a ton of change going on, so be ready for a rocky ride! Browse Other Reviews
