Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at Trimble (Viewpoint) was excellent until 2024, when huge sales structure changes meant I was thrust into a role that was a poor fit for me because it took me from being a consultative New Logo sales professional who specialized in ERP and Project Management and was a trusted advisor to my prospects, to a customer rep with a marginal territory and too many solutions to sell effectively. I was expected to collaborate with so many "experts" who didn't have enough time to help every rep they were assigned to. Customers were frustrated that I couldn't always answer their questions. All this while dealing with a poorly executed Salesforce merger with other divisions. It was shocking to find myself in that position after several very happy years of growth and success. Add to that a director who was brand new to the company and whose communication skills left a lot to be desired, and the descent was dizzying. Browse Other Reviews
