Product fits the market extremely well. Like any fast-paced start-up, you have to deal with change. Would like to see some more communication form the top on what the future looks like an dhow we can continue to grow at this pace.

poor long term vision, churn and burn culture. Underpayed compared to industry, leaders show no loyalty to reps. Luck of the draw in terms of territory. Seems like 50% or less of reps make it past the year mark.

Sell the cameras or leave slash be kicked out of the club. It’s a drink the kiolaid kind of place where you need to be all in to make it. When they don’t have competitive pay for the mid market space.
