After the re-org being a growth AE is very difficult, trying to build a book in a historically poor performing patch takes a while and unless you catch some lucky breaks with the channel and find early wins you will not be afforded the run way to build out your territory before they roll your head

Very work hard play hard culture. AEs have the ability to make a killing, but for many it is hard to reach quota.

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Was lured in with the “new reps make 100k after going through “Verkademy””. They expect 100 cold calls a day, a test every week (verbal) and a final where you have to remember a script that is 20 minutes long.
