Let me start off by saying the training at Verkada is awesome and if you’re looking to make a move into tech this is a great move to make. If you’re in tech and feeling FOMO bc of the potential IPO, RSU’s, etc - stay where you are. This company does not value talent. They do not care about you. The folks at the top care about one thing and one thing only: Getting to IPO as soon as humanly possible.
