Overall great experience during my tenure, having some greater leaders. The comp plan for the most part was fair, but it did change often.

The quotas are high, and the only way to consistently hit quota is by flipping lines and creating churn. Lowering quotas would take less stress off employees and create more organic growth.

I thoroughly enjoyed (and prospered) at Verizon... it WAS a great company, but then "the woke generation" took over. Inexperienced MBAs with little experience and grandiose imaginations were appointed to senior roles with little merit, and promptly drove our stock from the mid $50's to $32 in just 18 months... but is was awesome for those 6 years
