Trash. Do not recommend, best wireless companies out. No career progression, you’re just a number and even then if you’re a top performer you’re still just a number who looks good on paper

The company has changed the commission structure no less than 3 times since I started working here. I've seen my average commission drop 30% over the past 3 years. While the benefits are great and it is a stable job from an employment aspect, they seem to consistently asking for more results while paying less
