The company has changed the commission structure no less than 3 times since I started working here. I've seen my average commission drop 30% over the past 3 years. While the benefits are great and it is a stable job from an employment aspect, they seem to consistently asking for more results while paying less

Training and conferences were annoying because it was just a rah rah fest but obviously good to know and pitch company strengths. Training was more product driven with solution selling but didn’t cover more advanced holistic approaches to really build authentic rapport and undercover challenges of potential client

Verizon was a fine place to work. Good benefits. Retail hours with a lot of traffic some days. Good upsell opportunities every day for even service customers
