Definitely a good place make some money however, the uncertainty of the company’s direction seems to have an effect on the culture and the overall outlook of the role. If you can get away from the water cooler talk you’ll be fine.

Good product and good network. Best network. That is Verizon’s selling point is the Network. As far as the performance metrics though, they varied over the course of my tenure. As of late though most of the reps (85+%) have been outsourced, and the degree to which they wanted us to upsell and cross sell was just ridiculous.
