Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Cons: There's no training, the product suite for SMB doesn't make sense. No clear ICP. The internal sales process involves needing to know people and hoping they know the answer. Orders are frequently delayed on install and the sales team is responsible for more than securing the sale. It's project management with a team of people who are not incentivized to move a project forward. Then you have to submit tickets to get paid for most of the deals that are sold, and there's not much clarity in the comp structure.
Pros: It's remote, completely from home. They supply home office materials and there are lots of leads to work with. Most are incorrect segment and unqualified though. Browse Other Reviews
