Culture has been a big issue lately and has led to a lot of turnover and re organization within the company.

Former Employee4.1Aug 21, 2024The goals at Verizon have gotten more aggressive in the last year. Exceeding commission goals and obtaining a high ranking was more difficult. Great company with a great product but the sales metrics can be hard to achieve consistently.
