Inside sales was a great place to get started. Then the company gutted it, field sales, and is scrambling to keep talent. The product is very limited with slow innovation. Federal and legacy customers are the only thing keeping it afloat.

Horrible compensation plan that is too complicated to understand. The plan includes decelerators for the first 70% of my quota which is incredibly demotivating.
