Leadership pivots every quarter and has lost touch with their ICP. Account shuffling happens too often and no set rules of engagement makes sellers very anxious. Stop moving the goal posts and reducing comp every chance you get.

They expect you to work more than 9-5 for less money and less stock than almost any other tech company I know of. I user to work so hard at vention to uncover the smallest sale, now I am handed large deals and have excellent work life balance.

Vention is a nice place to build your career early on, with great colleagues and an innovative and complex product to sell. However, there is a lot of work to be done in order to improve career opportunities and pay potential for the Sales team.
